In Conversation with Maggie Craig

Maggie Craig has written on a range of subjects from the Jacobite Risings to Red Clydeside, historical novels as well as best-selling non-fiction. She is perhaps best known for her hugely popular book on the women of The ’45, Damn Rebel Bitches, which is marking 25 years in print with a new edition.

Join our curator Arran Johnston as he talks to Maggie about her life and works, exploring the people and places which have inspired her research and writing. There’ll also be a chance to ask your own questions, after which Maggie will be available to sign copies of her books.
