The 10th anniversary of the Scottish Diaspora Tapestry has been marked by the opening of the special “safari” exhibition around the museums and libraries of East Lothian.
Our own Jubilee Room in Prestonpans Town Hall is proudly hosting the hub exhibition, with information on how and why the tapestry was made, as well as the panel sets from Italy and Israel and the Global Panels.
A reception was held at the museum to mark the launch of the exhibition, with the birthday toast being led by Gordon Prestoungrange. The exhibition can viewed at weekends until 25 August.
