A special event was held last weekend to mark the end of our popular Auld Lang Syne exhibition.
Our friends from Catching the Past presented a day of informative displays, music and costume, with traditional Gaelic waulking songs performed in our main gallery by Rena Gertz.
The event provided an opportunity to learn more about Robert Burns’ connections to East Lothian, the Tam O’Shanter mural in Prestonpans, and 18th century life in this part of the world.
